About Us
About Us
The READY.RUN – 8-bit Computer Museum was created to preserve, celebrate and bring to life the pioneering era of home computing. Our mission is to showcase the legacy of the 8-bit era – early personal computers, video games, and the Hungarian demoscene – in an engaging, hands-on and educational way for visitors of all ages.
Behind the museum stands a passionate community of experts, collectors, and digital artists who believe that computer history is not only technology – it is culture, creativity, and shared experience.
The museum is operated and professionally supported by the 8 bit Computer Arts Foundation.
